 Return Policy for JGIII APPAREL CO: Thank you for shopping with JGIII APPAREL CO.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:   1. Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.    2. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be presented.    3. The original form of payment will be refunded for returns made within 30 days of purchase.    4. If the item was purchased online, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment used during the purchase.    5. If the item was purchased in-store, the refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or store credit, at the discretion of JGIII APPAREL CO.    6. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.    7. Items marked as final sale, clearance, or discontinued are not eligible for returns or refunds.  8. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.   9. JGIII APPAREL CO. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or are deemed to be in violation of the return policy. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at CONTACT US to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Please include the original packing slip or receipt with your return.
